Getting between Amsterdam Airport and Amsterdam, both directions.
Two different things run between Schiphol and the centre, priced in two different ways. The NS train is ordinary rail: no airport supplement, the same distance fare as any other trip, and you tap in and out with the card you are already using. The Amsterdam Airport Express coach is its own product at €6.50 one way and €11.75 return, whatever the distance. It takes a contactless card or a bought ticket, but no OV-chipkaart, and the driver takes no cash.
